How to Book
You need to provide:
- 1 photo ID
- Two utility bills*
- A deposit of 20% the worth of the item
- Evidence of equipment insurance when renting cameras
* Utility bills must be current or up to 3 months old. Please supply any two from the following:
- Bank Statement
- Council Tax bill
- Credit Card Statement
- Electric bill
- Gas bill
- Phone bill
- Rent bill
- Water & Sewage bill
You need to have a form of equipment insurance when renting cameras, which you can email over as proof. This is so that if any damage occurs or the items is lost or stolen it can be replaced by your equipment insurance.
As a NEW client, you will have to supply a few readily available and up to date documents to verify your identity. You must bring these with you on the day of hire. Your documents will only be required for your first booking. Payment on the day will also be required.
You must bring your documents on the day of hire. Failure to provide adequate identification will result in Top Notch refusing your booking! This is an insurance requirement and not negotiable in any way.
Payment will be required on the day of hire.
You can pay in a number of ways:
- Company cheque
- Personal cheque
- Bank transfer
We do not take any form of credit or debit card.
